Hutchinson Glass and Mirror provided a referral service for us that saved us $250 - $350, when they easily could have done the work for us themselves and made that amount........  I contacted them requesting an estimate to have curved glass replaced in the door of an antique china cabinet.  Although they do this work, they informed me that there is only one company here in the Metro D.C. / Mid-Atlantic region that makes curved glass, and that any glass company I would do business with would be ordering the replacement glass from that company.  They suggested that I go direct to that company (see my report on Dodson's Curved Glass in Frederick, MD) since it was only an hour's drive for me.  I did, and am very pleased with the job and glass product, and I have the most respect for Hutchinson's for having the ethical business practice of honestly communicating with their customers and saving them money!  I will go to them first for any future glass or mirror needs!
